Very friendly staff. Even housekeeping supervisor Joyce came personal to ask if everything was perfect. Very comfortable room. With even a washing machine. Swimming pool with nice warm water. Restaurant had delicious food. Breakfast was very complete.

What I loved about the room is it's wholly equipped with home appliances (Washing Machine, Kettle, Induction Cooker, Microwave, Kitchenware) I didn't expect that from just booking a hotel room. Plus the room is spacious and you get a spacious balcony as well!. The pool view is fantastic and the gym is completely equipped. I'm definitely gonna stay there again.

The apartment room was big and spacious, clean and well laid out. The bathroom was clean and functional, the door didn't lock properly but not an issue. Housekeeping was also fantastic every day they did a decent sweep of the room and bathroom, provided clean towels and tidied the bed. The swimming pool was great, we went in the mornings when it was relatively quiet the gym was ok not a lot of equipment but enough to get a workout in. The breakfast buffet was good, especially the coffee and the food from the restaurant on the occasions that we got it was also very good and decently priced. Would definitely recommend this place, and may even visit again in the near future.

l am extremely pleased to share the experience my partner and I had with my recent stay at Treppan Hotel and Suites. The fantastic personalized service provided by the front desk manager, who graciously extended complimentary breakfast for two nights when we decided to prolong our stay, greatly contributed to the overall experience! Throughout our time at Treppan, the quality of service remained consistent. The food on sight is varied enough for all people to find something they like, and was delicious. The atmosphere provided a much-needed break to relax from our own roles in the hospitality industry. It was refreshing to witness the high level of professionalism and warmth exhibited by the Treppan team. Coming from positions at Atlantis Royal in Dubai and Four Seasons DIFC, we were happy to stay with a great group, Treppan Hotel and Suites not only met but exceeded our expectations, demonstrating commitment to guest satisfaction. It’s highly central with lovely canal views, there’s something for everyone to do here! I will definitely recommend Treppan Hotel and Suites, we will definitely be staying here again!

Welcoming Staff Easy access and Parking Wonderful medium size swimming pool with a nice night view Nice size apartment with living room and bedroom/Bathroom Nice option if you want to dine in your room (kitchen in the apartment) and to avoid to go each to a restaurant but anyway the restaurant downstairs is a good solution in case Nice proximity with Motor City (Dubai)
